Terms & Conditions

1. Tariffs/Charges for the plans chosen are to be paid in advance and such charges are not refundable as this is a prepaid service .
2. No installation charges are applicable on WAY2NET BROADBAND Fiber connection.
3. GST @ 18% is not included in the tariff/ charges and is payable over and above the plan charges .
4. The Tariff Plans/Offers are subject to Guidelines/Directions/Orders issued by TRAI and/or DoT.
5. The Company at any time, shall reserve the right to modify/withdraw this T&C including but limited to tariff plans and display the same on its website without notice to the Customer and such posting will be deemed to have been read by the Customer.
6. Any one-time charges paid to WAY2NET BROADBAND Regional Partners at the time of installation are non-refundable.
7. The company may extend a refund to the user only for his first payment in case of no-feasibility for building a new connection to the requested address.
8. Online refund may be extended to the User, when the transaction is incomplete, in the sense that the User’s plan is not renewed, but online payment has been generated.
9. Interest-free security deposit to be refunded only online and not cash, after the return of assets in the same condition as at the time of receipt. The refund will be processed within 60 working days after acceptance of the Optical Network Unit (ONU) by WAY2NET BROADBAND.
10. ONU is to be returned to a “person” appointed by WAY2NET BROADBAND. It can be the local cable operator, WAY2NET BROADBAND retail partner or any logistics company appointed by WAY2NET BROADBAND to recover back the ONU from the customer location
11. Any fault in ONU is to be replaced by WAY2NET BROADBAND within 5 working days from the time of raising the complaint with WAY2NET BROADBAND
12. Replacement of ONU due to upgrade/downgrade be done by WAY2NET BROADBAND within 5 working days from the time of raising the request with WAY2NET BROADBAND
13. Refunds are to be processed to the bank account provided at the time of registration or to the bank account/wallet linked to the phone number registered with WAY2NET BROADBAND. No other bank account is to be used for refunds. Cash and cheques are not to be used for customer refunds.
14. The ONU devices provided by WAY2NET BROADBAND against a security deposit will remain the property of WAY2NET BROADBAND Broadband Pvt Ltd at all times.
15. The speed committed under a plan is till the LAN port. WiFi Speed is subject to the customer premise’s in-house coverage & customer premises device performance.
16. The Company shall reserve the right to modify/withdraw any promotional campaign along with offered gratification (if any) and display the same on its website without notice to the Customer and such posting will be deemed to have been read by the Customer.
17. The basis for the selection of winners under any promotional campaign held by WAY2NET BROADBAND is at the Company’s sole discretion
18. All product and company names are trademarks ™ or registered® trademarks of their respective holders.
19. By submitting your information and/or contacting us through any medium like a phone call, social networking channels, website, etc, you agree to receive any promotional messages, or material and be contacted by WAY2NET BROADBAND or their sub-vendors.
20. All mentioned plans are subject to change or discontinuation without prior information.
21. Not all offered prices are available on renewal and not all are available across the nation.
22. Prices, as mentioned, are on a per-month basis.
23. Prices as mentioned are exclusive of taxes.
24. Promo plans or introductory offer plans are for a limited period and may be withdrawn without any prior information. These are not available on renewal and are one-time onboarding plans.
25. The mentioned introductory offer (INR 167/month*) is valid only on 3 months duration plan in limited cities and for a limited duration.
26. Plans may differ at each location.
27. An existing user on 300 Mbps or 400 Mbps (single or multi-month plans), who wishes to shift to 200 Mbps plans might have to contact us to understand the exact prices since the mentioned prices on the website or Marcom material for 200 Mbps plans may not levy .
28. We have limited-period onboarding plans which are not available on recharge and are region specific.
    INR 167 + taxes per month for 3 months of 300 Mbps, is the onboarding plan for Mumbai.
    INR 424 + taxes per month for twelve months 300 Mbps, is the onboarding plan for PAN India, excluding Mumbai .
29. WAY2NET BROADBAND has introduced a limited-period onboarding plan of INR 530 + taxes per month for 12 months of 300 Mbps, where 1 year of free OTT benefits is included. The OTT benefits are worth INR 100 + taxes / per month. This plan is valid for PAN India, excluding Mumbai.
30. Free OTTs as part of Rs 424 plan are Epicon, Playbox TV, Fancode, Hubspot

Additional Terms & Conditions for OTT Subscription

1. OTT subscription for Sony LIV, Voot, Zee5, Sun Nxt, and PlayboxTV is being offered at an add-on cost with select WAY2NET BROADBAND Fiber subscription plans on new activations and renewals.
2. The OTT subscription period would be the same as the bundled WAY2NET BROADBAND broadband plan validity period and the expiry date of OTT subscription plans may be different for various OTT subscriptions offered.
3. WAY2NET BROADBAND will not be responsible for any content or streaming-related issue on any of the OTT platforms offered as part of the subscription plan. No refund will be considered if the customer is not satisfied with the OTT.
4. Online refund may be extended to the User if the transaction is incomplete, that is if the User’s plan was not renewed, but online payment had been generated.
5. WAY2NET BROADBAND reserves the right to cancel, modify, withdraw, or discontinue the free OTT subscription offer at any time during its validity as may be required given business exigencies and/or changes by TRAI, Department of Telecom (DOT), and/or such other applicable statutory changes without any notice & customer is advised to check this Website regularly for any update(s) or amendment(s) made to these Terms and Conditions.
6. WAY2NET BROADBAND will not be responsible for OTT content access and content availability. WAY2NET BROADBAND will not be liable in case the OTT content access is not configured or cannot be availed due to malfunction, delay, network congestion, or hardware failure. For any issues related to claims, damages, or losses concerning the quality or functionality of the OTT subscription platform and/or content access, the customer is requested to contact the respective OTT’s customer care.
7. An unutilized free OTT subscription will be forfeited at the end of the WAY2NET BROADBAND Fiber plan validity expiry.
8. OTT subscriptions will only be activated on new subscriptions and at the time of renewals by existing WAY2NET BROADBAND subscribers on specific plans.
9. OTT subscriptions will be activated once per user on the user’s mobile number registered with WAY2NET BROADBAND.
10. The OTT subscription offer is valid for select WAY2NET BROADBAND Fiber plans only.
11. The price communicated is an approximate total retail price including taxes of the OTT subscriptions for 90 days validity.
12. The OTT subscription offer is non-transferable. No exchange or redemption for an equivalent cash amount or in any other form shall be allowed.
13. WAY2NET BROADBAND will not be held liable for any claims arising out of or in connection with the use of the content or for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature caused to the WAY2NET BROADBAND subscriber or any third party in connection with the subsistence of the OTT content.
14. The plan with OTT benefits may be restricted to particular cities and may be modified or withdrawn at any point in time with no further notice from WAY2NET BROADBAND.
15. Only one OTT pack can be activated per WAY2NET BROADBAND Subscription – New OTT packs are applicable only on multimonth 300 Mbps and 400 Mbps plans.
16. Get SonyLiv in North India and West India and SunNXT for South India. (Applicable only on ₹60, ₹100, ₹200 + GST plans.)
17. OTT is valid only on twelve (12) month plans only at selected cities.
18. In North and West India, OTT includes SonyLiv whereas in South India this is replaced by SunNXT. Apps are different
19. SonyLiv/ SunNXT is applicable only on INR 60, INR 100 and INR 200 plans
20. Links to third party sites and OTT platforms are provided as a convenience to user(s) and The Company has not have any control over such sites & OTT platforms i.e content and resources provided by them. The Company may allow user(s) access to content, products or Services offered by third parties through hyperlinks (in the form of word logo, link, banners, channels or otherwise) to such Third Party’s web site or OTT Platforms. You are cautioned to read such sites’ & OTT Platforms terms and conditions and/or privacy policies before using such sites’ & OTT Platforms in order to be aware of the terms and conditions of your use of such sites & OTT Platforms. The Company believes that user(s) acknowledge that The Company has no control over such third party’s site & sites’ & OTT Platforms, does not monitor such sites’ & OTT Platforms, and The Company shall not be responsible or liable to anyone for such third-party sites’ & OTT Platforms, or any content, products or Services made available on such a sites’ & OTT Platforms.
21. You agree and understand that the logo and Services of the OTT Platform, including any Content therein, contains proprietary content, information and material that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, including but not limited to copyright & trademark, and that You will not violate, or encourage others to violate, any right of a third party, including by infringing or misappropriating any third party intellectual property right, or otherwise engage in the unauthorized use of any proprietary content, information or materials;
22. All related icons and logos of the relevant OTT Platform are registered trademarks or trademarks or service marks of the relevant third party owning such OTT Platforms in various jurisdictions and are protected under applicable copyright, trademark and other proprietary rights laws. WAY2NET BROADBAND only displays the said logos, names in a restricted manner to promote the OTT Platform and in no way infringes the IPR of the same. The unauthorized copying, modification, use or publication of these marks is strictly prohibited. WAY2NET BROADBAND reserves its right to remove the said logo or name of the OTT Platform from its website.

Terms and Conditions for New Promotional Plans

“VISITORS TO THIS WEBSITE/APP ARE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“TERMS”) SO PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE CONTINUING TO USE THIS SITE”

1. WAY2NET BROADBAND shall not charge for the device/networking equipment and it shall be free to use for the customer, WAY2NET BROADBAND shall reserve the right at all times to get back the device from the customer at its discretion.
2. The OTT Bundle is available on the 300Mbps or above plans only and WAY2NET BROADBAND shall reserve every right at all times to revise/change it without assigning any reason thereof.
3. WAY2NET BROADBAND shall not charge for additional security deposits for the ONU in all cities/States/DOT Circle except Mumbai on specific Fiber (FTTH) plans offered by WAY2NET BROADBAND. WAY2NET BROADBAND shall reserve the right at all times to revise/change/cancel without assigning any reason thereof.
4. WAY2NET BROADBAND has upgraded the speeds on our existing plans to 200Mbps, 300Mbps and 400Mbps from 100Mbps, 200Mbps and 300Mbps from June’2022.
5. The prices of new plans apply to all existing customers who are using 100Mbps, 200Mbps and 300Mbps. plan w.e.f 07/06/2022
6. WAY2NET BROADBAND is launching plans with two OTT bundle options. Pricing may vary as per the plans. Before opting for any plan but not limited to OTT service, Subscribers/customers must read the terms and conditions very carefully.
7. There may be plans available for consumers facing collaterals that might have additional GST charges.
8. Any misuse/ fraudulent use/ unauthorized telemarketing and commercial use of the Broadband connectivity by the subscriber, WAY2NET BROADBAND reserves its right to discontinue the connection altogether for any set of Subscriber/s as WAY2NET BROADBAND may deem fit.
   a. These Terms and Conditions shall constitute an agreement between WAY2NET BROADBAND and each customer and by subscribing to the above plans, you accept the same as binding upon you.
9. WAY2NET BROADBAND is launching new promotional plans for 300Mbps & 400Mbps, whereas the 200Mbps plans will be available to sales on a refundable security deposit.
10. WAY2NET BROADBAND is launching an ONU bundle on multi-month promotional plans for 300Mbps & 400Mbps, whereas the 200Mbps plans and the single-month 300Mbps and 400Mbps plans will be available to sales on a refundable security deposit.
11. 300Mbps for 3 months, 6 months and 12 months plans can be bundled with OTT Standard at an additional cost of INR 100/month + GST
12. 300Mbps for 3 months plan can be bundled with OTT Premium at an additional cost of INR 166/month + GST
13. 300Mbps for 6 months and 12 months can be bundled with OTT Premium at an additional cost of INR 200/month + GST
14. Limited period onboarding offer. Available only in Mumbai, on a 300 Mbps 3-month plan. INR 167 is the price per month, exclusive of taxes.

Terms and Conditions for the 4-Hour Service Promise Plan

Complaints logged for no connectivity issue, if not resolved in 4 hours (counted between 9 am to 9 pm), will be compensated with 24 hours (1 day) extra on the consumer’s existing plan with the maximum capping of 3 days.

• The proposed gratifications/give-aways are either FREE Internet for maximum up to 1000* days or Free Premium OTT subscriptions.
• Maximum number of FREE Internet days will be capped at 1000* days
• There may be 1 MEGA winner and 100 other winners in this contest.
• Free Internet will be provided at the WAY2NET BROADBAND serviceable areas only and of WAY2NET BROADBAND only.
• In case the Mega winner is from non-serviceable area, FREE Premium OTTs subscription of upto 3 years will be awarded.
• Number of FREE Internet days will be calculated basis 10 times the number of boundaries hit. So if 100 boundaries hit during the match, Mega winner will get 1000* days of WAY2NET BROADBAND Internet for FREE.
• Same calculation will take place in case of 100 other winners who get FREE OTTs subscriptions.
• Router or any installation charges(if any) needs to be borne by the user.

• Participant’s entering the Competition may involve certain collection of information, including personally identifiable data about , solely for the purpose of participating and availing the prizes in the WAY2NET BROADBAND Competition. Participants expressly consents by collecting such information for the purpose of participating and availing the prizes as a Participants to the Company.
• Company reserves the right to terminate, discontinue, modify or cancel Participant’s eligibility and/or Participant’s participation in WAY2NET BROADBAND Competition, including but not limited to if Company determines in its sole discretion consider that the Participants has violated these Terms and Conditions, or that there is an unauthorized, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful means used by the Participants or any other reason. In the event of any termination or discontinuation of the Participant’s participation by the company, the Company confirms that it will not unauthorizedly misuse the Personal information of the and will to delete the data collected under the programme.
